Can you introduce yourself in a few words?
My name is Mickaël Dominguez, I am 42 years old and I am a traveling bicycle repairer. I am Rémois by birth. As a mountain biker, I like to recharge my batteries in nature by practicing my passion. I have had the privilege of participating in some great races, including the Roc d'Azur in 2021 and the Enduro des Abesses in 2023. I also participate with pleasure in hikes organized by local clubs and associations, to encourage them to continue and also take pleasure in discovering magnificent landscapes.
A word that characterizes me is the word “Consom'acteur”, I want to be an actor in my practice, with respect for other practitioners, the fauna and flora, and institutions, such as the ONF and the Park. Thanks to the awareness provided by these two actors, I understand how to adopt a sustainable and respectful relationship with nature in my daily practice.

I am "DR Cycling“, bicycle technician offering repair and maintenance services for all types of bicycles. Independent and passionate, I travel to your home, workplace or local markets, offering a practical and personalized service. I hold a DUT in Mechanical and Production Engineering, a professional license in Maintenance and Production Engineering and I am a recent Cycle Sales Technician graduate!
After 20 years in the field of maintenance and design office, I decided to give more meaning to my work by getting closer to people to offer them help and service related to cycling.
After a professional retraining, I was able to gain the trust of cycling enthusiasts thanks to my speed and dedication. Today, I am proud to make practitioners smile and happy to work in the field that fascinates me!
Tell us what your links are with the Park!
I am an active member of MBF (Mountain Bikers Foundation) Montagne de Reims and I have the opportunity to participate in meetings relating to outdoor activities regularly organized by the Park.
In addition, I have the privilege of ensuring the maintenance of bicycles for the Park as well as for the Park's employees and spouses.
I have the opportunity, with the members of this MBF branch, to participate in the Grande Traversée, as an usher, green brigade (garbage collection on the route) and demarker.
Finally, I contribute to the maintenance and marking of official marked trails for mountain biking, throughout the year and during one-off events such as the volunteer worksite. Take Care of Your Trails.
What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?
As a mountain biker, I have a place that I really like: the Sermiers MTB Loop No. 2 route, which mixes woods, bucolic landscapes and technical passages. I particularly like the sun peeking through the trees and the technical part near the ru.
I also like hiking, I particularly fell in love with the impressive panorama offered by the Verzenay mill, a 180° view of the city of Reims, the villages, the vineyards. I think this sums up the panorama of the Park well!
