Can you introduce yourself in a few words?

Hello, I am Maud, founder of “Maud’s Chocolates“, an artisanal and organic chocolate shop where each creation is made with care and passion.

For ten years now, we have made it a point of honor to manufacture everything in-house, respecting strong values that are close to our hearts.

Today, we are proud of the progress we have made: a young and dynamic team accompanies us in this wonderful adventure, and our boutique, located in Saint-Brice-Courcelles, reflects our commitment to quality chocolate that respects the environment and producers.

Tell us a little about your background!

My career is above all guided by creativity and passion. I first pursued higher education in the arts, before discovering a true vocation for pastry and working with chocolate.

I then chose to add to my artistic background specialized training in pastry, chocolate making and confectionery, in order to combine know-how and imagination.

Very quickly, the desire to become an entrepreneur took hold of me: by creating my own chocolate factory, I was able to bring my world to life and implement values that reflect me, in particular by favoring ingredients from organic farming and fair trade.

What are your links with the Park?

My first meeting with the Park team was during the Apple Festival, a friendly and unifying event. This moment was a great opportunity for exchanges and meetings, particularly with Émilie Renoir-Sibler and other members of the Park.

Since then, our exchanges have always been marked by kindness and sharing, and it is with pleasure that I remain connected to the local initiatives supported by the Park!

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

If there is a place that is particularly close to my heart, it is the Faux de Verzy. For me, this magical place is full of childhood memories and embodies a unique atmosphere, both mysterious and peaceful.

These trees with their tormented, almost fantastic shapes create a captivating atmosphere, conducive to reverie and inspiration.
