What are you doing at the Park?

I am the Director of the Park, so it is mainly a work of coordination and the link to be made between the teams, elected officials and partners to achieve the objectives of the Charter. Indeed, I must provide a global vision to connect all actions and ensure that we are heading in the right direction!

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

Not an easy answer because there are lots of nuggets that I discover and rediscover every day. Among these places, there is the view over the Marne valley at the statue of Urban II in Chatillon-sur-Marne. Always with pretty views of the hills and the forest during all seasons!

What are you doing at the Park?

I welcome, guide and inform the public, I provide assistance to project managers (preparing letters, organizing meetings, etc.), I participate in events organized by the Park, I carry out various accounting tasks ( execution and commitment of purchase orders, mandates, collections, etc.)… I appreciate the versatility of my position!

The village of Hautvillers and its views!

I inform visitors about the places not to be missed, I take care of certain HR missions (training, leave, travel expenses, etc.), logistics, the organization of the Park's life bodies (offices, union committees), …

What are you doing at the Park?

I am the maintenance agent of the Park, I am always there to help, tinker or lend a hand to the team during events or even on a daily basis.

I really like the area of ​​Bouilly, very nice for lovely walks.

Territorial, sustainable development and biodiversity education center

What are you doing at the Park?

I am in charge of the regional education center with a team at my side to develop and implement an educational project which consists of raising awareness, building and supporting projects linked to the missions of the Park and public policies in terms of education in the environment, sustainable development.

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

I love hiking between forest and vineyard, along the water's edge... Each landscape offers us exceptional beauty throughout the seasons, a source of well-being and wonder! The Mailly Champagne trail remains my favorite route!

Nolwenn Peron, Sustainable Agriculture and Food project manager

What are you doing at the Park?

My role is to maintain and develop momentum on the themes of agriculture and sustainable food in the Marne Triangle territory. To do this, I manage a Territorial Food Project through which I lead several governance bodies to promote links between food stakeholders and bring about projects in the territory.

Eve-Lise Henry, Sustainable Food Ambassador

What are you doing at the Park?

I am in charge of projects and activities concerning sustainable food. I speak to all audiences around this theme. My main missions are animation and awareness. We address topics such as food waste, seasonal fruits and vegetables, discovering flavors and recipes or even organizing meetings with local producers. My actions are directly linked to the PAT (Territorial Food Project).

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

My favorite place in the Montagne de Reims is Ville-Dommange for its vineyards and flowery walks!

What are you doing at the park ?

I am a leader in the territory, sustainable development and biodiversity, which means that I work with different audiences. I will do activities in schools as well as activities with adults on a wide variety of themes.

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

For the moment my favorite place in the Reims mountain is the Faux de Verzy forest, there are impressive trees, each as majestic as the next.


Natural environments center

What are you doing at the Park?

I support local stakeholders to better take into account and preserve biodiversity within developments and projects in the area. Partnerships are developed with different structures (associative, public, private, etc.) in order to act together in favor of this natural heritage. Finally, I also work on themes such as hunting, the permeability of obstacles to the movement of wildlife, the preservation of bats, etc.

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

Hiking trails like that of Brunet or in the Belval valley.

Alexandra Pinelle, Green and Blue Frame study manager

What are you doing at the Park?

I am a Green and Blue Framework Study Manager at the Natural Environments division. Biodiversity reservoirs and ecological corridors are the center of my work. I work in particular on the themes of old wood in forests, forest edges, hedges and orchards, and also invasive exotic species.

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

What are you doing at the Park?

I take care of everything related to the theme of wetlands and ponds.

I support communities and owners in taking them into account and if necessary, I can help them restore them.

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

My favorite place is undoubtedly in the meanders of the Marne (river) in Ay: being able to enjoy the freshness of the watercourse and the shade of the forests while strolling in a canoe is a real joy, especially during the summer heat. summer.

Léa Joly, Life Biodiv’Est “Forêt” project manager

What are you doing at the Park?

I am in charge of the “Forests” mission and lead action on a regional scale to better adapt forests to climate change. This work is part of the program – LIFE Biodiv'Est – supported by the Grand Est Region for 10 years. I work with many stakeholders, forest managers, associations and researchers to implement new forest management methods. I am also coordinating a new system of “payments for environmental services” using sponsorship, to allow forest sectors to evolve freely and thus preserve forest biodiversity. I support forest owners (private and elected) on these themes.

What are you doing at the Park?

I am the coordinator of the two Natura 2000 sites present in the Park territory: I can, for example, be in the field to carry out naturalist monitoring or in meetings to support elected officials or project leaders. I also work on themes of the Green & Blue Framework such as ponds or dry lawns. Finally, I support the organizers of sporting events so that they take into account the preservation of biodiversity during their events.

What are you doing at the Park?

My main missions are to raise awareness of the specificities of local built heritage and to act for the quality and ecological transition of architecture, whether in construction or restoration.

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

Walk on the slopes of the “Little mountain of Reims” and more particularly on the Chamery side to embrace its unique panorama with its bell tower pointing into a superb amphitheater of vines.

What are you doing at the Park?

For the Town Planning part, I support elected officials during all phases of development and revision of Town Planning documents, as well as on all operational town planning projects. I also give opinions on the land rights authorizations of the thirty-five municipalities of Greater Reims which are on the PNR. For the Landscape part, I value and preserve the diversity of the region’s landscapes.

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

The Belval valley for the quality of its landscapes!

Thibaud Rault, ecological and energy transition project manager

What are you doing at the Park?

I am responsible for the ecological and energy transition mission. Vast subject, you might say? Between animation of the territory's forest charter, integration of renewable energies in the park's territory and the fight against light pollution, we don't have time to get bored!

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

My favorite place in the Montagne de Reims is the picnic area near Hautvillers Abbey, with a view of the vineyards and the Marne!

Emmanuelle Déon, tourism, leisure and sustainable mobility project manager

What are you doing at the Park?

I develop projects related to tourism and sustainable leisure, often in collaboration with tourism institutions and communities. I am also in charge of a European project – Interreg MONA – which focuses on soft mobility and the responsible practice of outdoor activities.

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

I love the “Grande Traversée” route (our hike-train event). You can connect Rilly-la-Montagne to Aÿ-Champagne via a 20-kilometer route between forests and wine-growing landscapes, and the train allows you to return to the starting point!

Blaise Paillard, project manager “Responsible practice of outdoor activities”

What are you doing at the Park?

I am in charge of developing the responsible practice of outdoor activities following the Park's involvement in the European Interreg MONA project. I also work with the organizers of sporting events in order to raise awareness, jointly with the Natural Environment Pole, and ensure the organization of responsible events on the territory of the Park.

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

This is the village of Germaine, in the center of the Park and in the heart of the forest! The many walks possible from this village and its accessibility by TER from Reims make it a perfect starting point!

What are you doing at the Park?

I am in charge of cultural action and heritage promotion. I organize artist residencies, shows that take an original and sensitive look at the territory! I also work to promote built, historical and cultural heritage. I am also in contact with numerous cultural and heritage partners. Finally, I organize the Apple Festival, a big festive event!

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

Verzenay, between mill and lighthouse, my native village and my home.

Mathilde Scieur, Charter review and evaluation project manager

What are you doing at the Park?

I am the new project manager for review and evaluation of the Park charter. This is the document which will define the orientations, measures and actions for 2040 in the territory. I supervise the drafting of the project by the Park team and liaise with the partners. Once the new charter comes into force, I will ensure its proper implementation and the evaluation of the actions carried out.

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

Belval-sous-Châtillon with its landscapes but also the view from Verzenay.

Marion Colombet, Communications project manager

What are you doing at the Park?

I am in charge of communications for the Park! My goal is to promote our actions to the general public and communities! To do this, I develop relations with the press, I feed the Park's social networks as well as other digital tools (hello website!) and I ensure the graphic quality of our paper media!

What is your favorite place in Montagne de Reims?

The forest ! I particularly enjoy walking in those of Rilly, Germaine and Trépail.
