What recipes to prepare according to the season? What to cook with the leftovers in my fridge? How to avoid food waste? How long does fish freeze for?
Are you asking yourself these questions and racking your brains for simple, accessible recipes and anti-waste tips? SO this recipe booklet is for you!
Food represents 24% of the greenhouse gas emissions of a French household. Food waste alone is estimated to be responsible for 3% of all national emissions. 30 kilos of food per person, or around €100, go into the trash each year. That's the equivalent of one meal per week! (source: ADEME)
Through this booklet we will discover 24 seasonal recipes, for sustainable consumption but also essential keys to getting organized and limiting food waste on a daily basis through small gestures, recipes and simple tips.
Happy reading and have a good meal !
