Green and Blue Framework Newsletter #5

There have been many changes in our countryside! The pastures where animals grazed were replaced by pine forests, and then by the landscape we know today.
The Montagne de Reims bears the traces of these developments. The forest is on the plateau, the hillsides are covered with vines, the plain is used for crops, and the valleys are composed of wet meadows. It is important to maintain links between these different parts so that animals and plants can live and move around there.
